Dunkin' - Murphy

I worked at this restaurant for a short while and it was a disaster. Poorly managed and deserving of only one star, if that. The management seems to have no support for the employees. I would not recommend this place. I have been to other Dunkin' Donuts locations and they are nothing like this one. No one there takes pride in the products they serve, they just give them out. Customers are unhappy with what they order, especially considering the high prices. They really need to clean up their act.

I stopped by to pick up a dozen donuts, and Ruqaiyah was friendly enough to help me choose a good selection. She was very pleasant, patient, and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I had a wonderful shopping experience.

Shout to dalton who made my cappuccino. it is literally half empty and not so much tasting. he could not even be harassed to fill the ice cream with more ice to fill the line. for customers just stay on the donuts because obviously coffee is not their thing.

I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!!! The staff is amazing and they’re really what makes this the best Dunkin in the Dallas area. And yes……I have been to most other DD’s in town. I’m not proud of that fact but it’s true. ? I’m a regular here and I’ll keep coming back for the great coffee, the amazing deals I get on the app and THE STAFF!!!
