The food was awesome and very clean place nice ladies the sides where just as good as the meat which is rare at bbq places!!!
Best BBQ in southern Illinois. A little off the beaten track, but well worth an extra drive. Juicy, moist ribs are cooked to perfection. Even the sides are delicious. There is a reason why Pat won Memphis in May. Other BBQ joints might be more famous, none of them have better food.
