Subway - Murray

Came tonight and they were very busy, but I didn't have to wait long. The young man named Logan who worked the register was the kindest employee I met in this place. He suggested I leave a review. Great sandwiches tonight. I ordered a bat and my husband got a cold cut.

Have been having terrible experiences at the murray location. Went in tonight and found out its under new management. Logan prepared two sandwiches for me the spicy Italian and a meat ball sub. When I walked in the lobby all of the veggies meats and cheeses were fresh and fully stocked to perfection. The lobby was spotless and smelt amazing. My sandwich was the spicy Italian and i asked for all the veggies, no onions 3 different cheeses, mayo, honey mustard and salt and pepper. Even with this sandwich being stuffed plum full on flat bread it all stayed together no mess. Logan certainly impressed me and was so polite and kind. Highly recommend checking them out being under new management!

Always enjoy eating healthy, good tasting food here. A weekly choice of ours.

I always have a great experience when I visit this restaurant. Mobile orders usually go smoothly, and on the rare occasions they don’t, the staff is very accommodating and helps you get your order without having to wait in line. Having worked in the food industry before, I believe they could benefit from hiring more employees to support the current staff. They do a commendable job of handling lunch breaks quickly, but it's clear they sometimes struggle to manage the high volume of online and pickup orders. If I'm looking for a more substantial "teacher" lunch, it can take a while to get it, but overall, I appreciate their effort.

I ordered online, but when I arrived at the store, I learned that my order was missing—thanks to the wonders of technology. However, Susan and the staff quickly took care of everything for me. We all know that mistakes can happen; you just have to breathe through it and do your best! Subway came through today, and I will definitely keep ordering from them for my practices!
