Bidra med feedbackI truly enjoy this restaurant, but it seems the staff struggles to keep up with the demand. There are always long waits, and it feels like online orders take precedence over in-store and drive-thru customers. During my last three visits, something has gone wrong each time. Given how much I spend on each visit, this level of service is simply unacceptable!
Had a great experience at the Murrell's Inlet location today. In the past the wait time was a little frustrating but the customer service has always been great. Today Jaime Lyn was absolutely wonderful. All smiles and very friendly. I received my order in a timely manner as well.
My smoothie was not well blended. That's the whole point of a green smoothie. I don't want to taste or chew the Kale.
I'm not usually one to complain, but something needs to change at this restaurant. I visit twice a week, and there's always an issue. The staff seems to be mostly young and appears to be overworked. Each time I go in, there's rarely a manager present; everyone looks unhappy, and none of the young employees seem to be enjoying their time there. While I understand that it's just a job, the level of responsibility on these young workers is quite remarkable, especially given how chaotic the lines can get. I do appreciate their hard work, but my orders are frequently incorrect. Recently, I waited half an hour only to be told they were out of ice! Everything about this place feels disorganized, and I honestly worry for its future.
Always a five star, no matter what I order. The healthiest drink is the detox island green smoothie.
