French Valley Cafe - Murrieta

The chicken fried steak was just okay; the mashed potatoes were flavorless, and the country gravy was unexpectedly sweet with hardly any sausage in it, which was surprising. The chicken Marsala was barely edible— the green beans were still raw, and the rice pilaf was overcooked. The mushrooms tasted like they came from a can, and without the wine sauce, the chicken was bland. To drink, we had a Sprite and a lemonade. Unfortunately, the Sprite went flat by the time we were halfway through our meal, and the lemonade was very tart, lacking sweetness.

On a Sunday afternoon, we experienced quick service at this diner. They offer typical American diner fare. The dining area features a terrace and large open windows, providing a great view of airplanes landing and taking off. We enjoyed their liberator and creamy chicken noodle soup with peach, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The food is fantastic! We sampled several dishes and all of them were excellent. My grandson said the kids' pizza and fries are amazing! I believe him since he finished everything, which is quite rare. We will definitely be returning!

We sat outside and saw the planes moving out and landing. It was very good! There was also a family and the little ones were very happy and interested! The service was great and the food was delicious! We recommend this place to everyone!

For some reason, I thought the café was a little breakfast café. I was very surprised when my friend and I came in, there was a bar. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We actually saw some landings. So cool. Friendly place too. Killer **** Mary! We went to lunch when we missed breakfast. I heard they had a good breakfast. There was really not much on her lunch menu and it was good. But I want to try their breakfast. You also have Karaoke on Monday night 6-8.
