Yes the tables are filthy and the parking lot looks like it’s in desperate need of a power wash. I gave it another chance. I then got addicted. However there are inconsistencies with the toppings. They are frequently out of many and it’s always a mess. My last straw is that the owner is secretly raising the oz price to keep benefiting from the discount. Their oz is currently at .84 down the street at yogurt factory it is .64 so if .64 cents is the going rate half off should be around .32 not .44 something shady is going on there as the more we went the less we got as to not get accustomed to loading it up when the discount went away however the less we get the more we pay. More like 34% off.

They have a variety of tables with cozy seating and each table has a set of wooden blocks on the table. Perfect to keep the kiddos entertained and possibly get in a Jenga off for the older crowd. I feel like they really want you to make sure to push the handles up in that machines… Some of the machines were very slow to react/serve, I had to pump a flavor a few times to get any. Lots of toppings, nothing jumped out at me as being messy or unattended. The worker that was in the back came out to work the register. My kiddo was already trying to snack on some of his toppings and she made a comment about don’t eat yet as she was helping another customer. I reprimanded him, but he is 9 and tried to sneak another boba pearl. She had a severe look on her face as she stared him down and say “No, seriously, you are stealing from the company”. Even the customer at the registered looked up to check if she was being serious. By all means, I’ll add another scoop of something to make up for the .05 he just ate… As we sat inside to eat our yogurts, I witnessed her less than stellar service with another family with kiddos…

This place is AMAZING! I think we found our new “sweet spot!” So many flavors to choose from and they are ALL delicious. The young lady working was so sweet and helpful. We will be back! Thank you for the excellent service.
