Starbucks - Murrieta

Order ahead is constantly unavailable. First its because they don't have cups then they say its due to short staff. No order ahead means longer lines and I'm late to work.

Drive thru always take so long and they are always out of everything!!! Who is in charge of ordering at this location?? How are you going to be a store brand as popular as Starbucks and always run out of popular items on the menu.

They take too long to take care of you if you walk in. Drinks are good. They need to improve their customer service

This review is for a restaurant located off the 215 freeway, near the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the Burlington shopping center. This location has a drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today, I tried the Pink Drink, which is a strawberry acai refresher with hints of passion fruit and creamy coconut milk. It was perfect for the hot weather and quite satisfying. However, the customer service at this drive-thru was lacking. There was no greeting or thank you, and I had to ask for my total before I could pay, which made the experience unpleasant.

I really liked the service at Dieucks. The staff were very polite and the restaurant was very clean.
