Food is excellent....... No complaints, but I do want to bring it to your notice.... He works in the parcel section but I don't want to tell his name. Never ever tell a customer to stand and eat, no matter it's a dessert or a drink. When a customer is specifically asking can he sit, please do tell them to sit. Because this guy told me to stand and eat or sit at the seat next to the fridge and eat as it's busy. He said the word it's very busy hours and crowdy so stand and eat. It's not fair. I might have looked a bit shabby with trousers and a t shirt. But pls, I work in a 5 star restaurant as a manager. Hotel industry is a place where customers are served as Gods. A good customer never complaints but will never return to your place. Train the staffs for the customer to return back. I meant no offense. Just try to take care of these things. Worst food. Ordered keema dumka. First time I saw orange color keema pooled in thick orange gravy. Worst place to order food from.

One of the cheater restaurants, yesterday I order on Talabat chicken briyani they send me Mutton briyani which was smelling, order no 4041...big cheater so don't order from this restaurant.

Hyderabadi special food alkuwair. this restaurant is essentially owned and operated by hyderabadi menschen and staff also usually find them hyderabadi youngs. one of the famous hyderabad biryani restaurant in muscat. they have a couple in muscat, but try to taste biryani only on this alkuwair twog. ambiente is good, eating is good, other dishes and sweets available here they simply try to have taste of hyderabadi biryani at this place and they will enjoy her eating here.
