Ichiban Sushi In Sheffield

Last three times I have ordered it has been far from correct when you say something to them it’s always a blame game and they talk to customers however they please they will hang up on u mock u and refuse to deal with a compliant the manager is rude and allows his staff to make a joke out of issues never again will this place receive a dime of my money

I’ve been eating here for several years with no issues about where I can sit at the hibachi. Yesterday asked to be seated at the hibachi for two people. The waitress set us down at the end and we asked her if we could move in front of the hibachi since there was not a person on the whole place. Waitress said to remain seated until she finishes putting the ticket in. Like that makes no sense at all! Nobody was in the room with a 60 empty chairs. Why does it matter as customer we get to chose wherever we’d like to sit?? So crazy!!!

Food was good but I ordered sushi from here and got food poisoning. It was so severe I had to go to hospital.

The server was efficient and quick. They kept everybody’s drinks full. The server was also great with my two year old and that always makes me feel less stressed.

I have been ordering food from Ichiban restaurant for over 3 years now since I moved to the area. The food is always delicious, sashimi and sushi are always fresh and just amazing. Same as customer service, attentive and quick. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good sushi and/or Japanese cuisine in general!
