Bidra med feedbackI would give the North Muskegon location a ZERO if I could! Ordered 2 pizzas, was told BOTH pizzas were in the bag only to get home and have 1 pizza. Called to see if they would make things right and the arrogant little boy who came to the phone was condescending and asked me what kind if imbasol believes that they would put 2 pizzas in a bag. Like WHAT!?!?! at this point I'm really mad and ask his name, he refused to give it to me, i asked to speak to a manager, was told there wasn't one there. I told him I would be there tomorrow for a refund and he told me I HAD to come tonight or I was basically out of luck with my refund. Mind you, we paid cash for the order. There was a complete lack if professionalism as well as toward the end of the conversation tells me he in fact IS the manger. I had enough of his mouth at this point and hung up. I WILL ne there tomorrow to get my refund.
Boy has the quality taken a dive... It must be possible to bake a pizza without burning the edges, right? And is it still a pizza if there's no pizza sauce? This is the second time in a row for both problems. I'll give you one more chance; 3 strikes and yer outa there.
There good is really good, but their service isn’t the best. One time I got my order and picked up in the drive thru and they were like we’re packaging it up we will run it out could you pull up. 10 minutes later and 2 cars behind me and they are wondering what I’m waiting for. This last time we ordered a large supreme pizza and my fiancé gets back from picking it up and the pizza was not cut at all. Like we had to cut it ourselves. So annoying. Ain’t nobody perfect, but get it together. We love to splurge and get some good pizza sometimes and the only reason we keep coming is because it’s close and still very good! Don’t let the negative bring you down, fix it.
I can remember when I was a young kid, Scribs was a reward! The pizza ? is awesaliciouzness!!! We are once a weekers at my house!
I waited 43 minutes longer than the estimated time for my order, which felt like an eternity due to the disorganization. Many frustrated customers were in and out, facing problems like burnt pizzas, incorrect toppings, or delayed deliveries. The outdated ovens really need to be upgraded to a conveyor system, and a new ordering process should be introduced to improve efficiency, as the current manual tracking is clearly ineffective. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience, and the pizza itself was just mediocre.
