Billy Sims Bbq - Muskogee

I had the sliced sandwich and it was excellent! Great atmosphere... you can almost smell Billy after a big game! Will definitely come back!

The food was excellent. The Heisman combo is a great choice. I also tried the Billy Beans and Corn Cob, and both the Mac n Cheese and Billy Beans were delicious! I highly recommend it!

During my work trip to Muskogee, Texas, for the Burke Outlet Grand Opening, I decided to try this restaurant for lunch. It was the third BBQ spot we visited, and it turned out to be the best by far. I truly enjoyed the food and appreciated the inviting atmosphere! The experience was further enhanced by excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this place!

We arrived just an hour before closing, and I must say, the brisket was outstanding—tender and still moist. The ribs were perfectly cooked as well. The hot links were decent but could use a little improvement in flavor. I would likely give this place a 5-star rating, but they only offered sweet and unsweetened tea, and there was no option to get more. It was disappointing, especially since it seemed like there were at least six other groups after us who couldn’t get any either. A Southern grill without sweet tea is just a shame!
