Carol's Deli - Myers Corner

We absolutely adore Carol's! The sandwiches are consistently fresh and tasty, with unique combinations that stand out from typical deli options. The staff is friendly and recognizes their regular customers by name, which truly reflects their strong ties to the community. While the exterior may not be impressive, the interior is spacious and provides a wonderful setting to relax and chat with fellow hardworking locals. It’s never empty there; no matter what time you visit, you can expect a line. However, they process orders quickly, making the wait well worthwhile.

The breakfast and lunch options are excellent at this deli. The service is quick and friendly. There are tables available in the main area as well as a separate dining room.

I'm sitting in my car right now, having paused my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich just to write this review. This is, by far, the best BEC I've had in Dutchess County, and I've been living here for 15 years. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the highlight was that they toasted my bagel on the griddle instead of using a regular toaster. I had never noticed this place before because I usually don’t drive into this plaza, but I'm really glad I finally did. However, I can't go here too often because I'm on a diet, and I can't keep indulging in bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches!

Don't judge a book by it's cover! Great breakfast , lunch, with a staff that's proud of serving you. Cons: 0

Food is decent but staff is terrible. They don't say a word when you walk in and you feel like a bother when ordering.
