Sea Swirl - MYSTIC

I came to Mystic regularly as a kid growing up. I now live in Colorado, and made Sea Swirl a must-stop for lunch yesterday on my second day in town for two weeks. The Stonington Sea Scallops were wonderful!!! I know I'll be back at least one more time before I head home.

One of the best spots for fried seafood! They serve everything from fried cod to fried mussels. The place has been transformed from an old Carvel ice cream stand. Don’t forget to top off your meal with their soft serve ice cream; the wild blueberry flavor was fantastic. The roasted cod was excellent as well.

The perfect spot for a summer meal! Be sure to try the lobster roll or the clam band roll—you won't be disappointed!

Delicious grilled chicken sandwiches, fantastic staff, and wonderful owners—don't forget to try the ice! A must-have for the season!
