Auntie Pasta's - Nacogdoches

What a wonderful little restaurant! The building has a charming old railway warehouse vibe. They offer a great variety of Italian dishes, and our favorite was the lasagna — thick and bursting with flavor. Be prepared for a crowd during peak times; it's best to expect a wait or plan to go during off-peak hours.

We had an amazing experience! We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night, and although it was quite busy, we were seated in about 15 minutes. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs, promptly providing drink refills and extra napkins. The food was outstanding, with great prices and generous portion sizes.

The food was fantastic right from the moment we were seated. They brought over a plate of roasted garlic and some fresh bread, which you can drizzle with olive oil—it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the ravioli baked in a lemon butter sauce with shrimp, topped with mozzarella, and it was incredible. My wife chose the chicken dish, and it was equally wonderful. Every bite was bursting with flavor.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would be totally!! Came here on a Saturday night. The service was very good, because we have seats very quickly. The atmosphere was really nice, and I liked the aesthetics of the place. Parking itself was not a problem because there is a large parking space outside the restaurant. As for the food itself, it was so delicious and at such a good price! I ordered the chicken alfredo and it was soooo good. If you are ever in the area, I recommend you check this place!

I had the lasagna, and was told to get dinner portion to really get the flavors of it. Must say I was really happy I did. Staff was really helpful and food was served at a very timely manner as they were very busy.
