Cafe Plazuela - Naga

The ambiance is lovely, and the waitstaff are polite and accommodating. The coffee and cake are enjoyable, but the prices are a bit steep for a hotel setting.

We were embarrassed, especially since others in the café overheard his comment. I politely explained that we were the newlyweds. What a way to start our first day as a married couple! Yes, we hadn't showered yet, and I had some remnants of makeup from our late-night celebration that ended at 2 a.m. with family. I really hope Avenue Plaza Hotel addresses this issue and reminds Mel Sy to treat all guests with respect. Based on his attitude and demeanor, I don't believe Mel Sy is fit to be a manager. We will never return to Café Plazuelq again! If you want a more pleasant experience, I suggest visiting other cafés instead of being served by someone like him.
