Natural Cafeina - Nagano

This is a very trendy cafe with lots of plants. Cappuccino is very tasty and you can sit in the front terrance watching people goes by or back enjoying the cool breath. One of my favourite cafe near Karuizawa station.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Plenty of healthy and organic food options and expansive drink menu. Opens early. Too bad they are cash only.

Fantastic little cafe with an excellent atmosphere, fantastic coffee, great cakes and above all, a really nice, friendly owner. The interior is fantastic and the mugs were so cool. The soy ice latte was one of the best I've ever tasted and the latte was absolutely delicious too. One of the best cafes I've been to in Japan and not even expensive

Very relaxing atmosphere with a lot of plants and nice decoration. Food is good but a little bit pricy for it. But I guess it’s the “Karuizawa price”. I recommend it for breakfast or light lunch.

Ok Natural Cafeina owners I love your acai bowls, espresso drinks and your cafe in general and I want to give 5 stars...but you are too high priced (2 lattes an acai bowls and a cheesecake for like 4000jpy+ is outrageous. You are trying to capture the tourist money but how about a discount for locals like me so we can go there once a week or so!?
