Cahoon's Market Cottages - Nags Head

I was looking for just a few items and didn’t want to make the trip to a larger grocery store. This convenient spot has everything I needed and the prices are quite comparable to other places. They even offer a good selection of craft beer!

I really love this market. It has a fantastic variety of everything. I visited often during our vacation. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I always make a stop at Cahoons Market whenever I visit Nags Head. They have a wonderful selection of Nags Head souvenirs, which can be hard to find elsewhere. They offer a little bit of everything, from meat and vegetables to wine, fishing gear, beach toys, and much more. It’s truly a fantastic place—definitely worth checking out!

Small grocery stores and shops that have been serving the community for years. Back of store has a deli that serves really good sandwiches and subs. It also has a good selection of adult drinks.

What a joke this place has become, for 20 years we have stayed within walking distance to Cahoons, because our group enjoyed shopping there, now they are the mask Nazis!!! Rude and obnoxious staff!! We have people in our group with medical conditions and cannot wear masks, but Cahoons staff doesn't care, they will just send them away without food and medicine
