Cahoon's Market Cottages - Nags Head

Small grocery stores and shops that have been serving the community for years. Back of store has a deli that serves really good sandwiches and subs. It also has a good selection of adult drinks.

What a joke this place has become, for 20 years we have stayed within walking distance to Cahoons, because our group enjoyed shopping there, now they are the mask Nazis!!! Rude and obnoxious staff!! We have people in our group with medical conditions and cannot wear masks, but Cahoons staff doesn't care, they will just send them away without food and medicine

Always clean, food fresh, well stocked....excellent quality goods. Been a loyal customer since 1971.

A historic place!! My family has been shopping at Cahoon 's for over 50 years! One of the few family-owned stores that still exists on the OBX. Thus is a Must Do for us whenever we visit.

I always make a stop at Cahoons Market whenever I visit Nags Head. They have a wonderful selection of Nags Head souvenirs, which can be hard to find elsewhere. They offer a little bit of everything, from meat and vegetables to wine, fishing gear, beach toys, and much more. It’s truly a fantastic place—definitely worth checking out!
