Karura Coffee House - Nairobi

I normally take my disabled father almost everyday to this place. Today I met this girl called Esther serving and not only was she has xtremely rude but did not care about customer service. My dad's carer requested a spoon to sir his coffee and she served this reluctantly and rudely. When I queried my credited discount she was horrible, rude, would not give the owner's name, etc I would not recommend anyone visiting this cafe when this lady called Esther is serving as she is racists and only serves white skinned people with a welcome

My favorite coffee spot in Nairobi. Great coffee and completely unpretentious. The service is wonderful, personal and focused on making you feel at home. Best of all, it's a beautiful environment, sitting under the shade structure outside, especially when it's raining, so nice! Thank you for the great experiences.

Lovely ambience....steak to die for...ideal even for kids have a corner to play

As a bibliophile I totally loved this simplicity over a mug of hot chocolate. Nicely done and a very pleasant service lady there.

Great Kenyan tea...a very friendly lady there. Want to read...nice and quiet.
