Idaho Pizza Co - Nampa

Interesting place. We only had the salad bar, according to the reviews we didn't want to wait 2 hours for a pizza, so we didn't want to try. The salad bar needed attention. 2 employees were on the phone at the end of the salad bar. The phone rang unstoppable. No one would answer the phone. This place urgently needs a manager who takes care of the store. It shows. I read the answers generated by a third party for these reviews. The manager would have been gone a long time. When I was in my late teenager, I worked at a p. hat. The manager was over everything. Not even a salt and pepper shaker could be out of place. Consistency is a key to a great place. Consistent apologies from a third party for failure is unacceptable.

Restaurant hours online and posted at the store say open until 10. Called at a little after 930 to order a small pizza, no answer. Drove down to order, thought they might be busy considering it's Friday night, but the doors were locked. I love Idaho Pizza Co, it's my favorite, however highly disappointed tonight.

This place made my poor hungry self so sad today. I just wanted a few slices from the all u can eat with a salad bar but to go because I don't get regular lunches and I can't take the time to sit in there and eat. I work in the medical field and eat between patients. They told me no, so instead I just got the togo salad bar with a drink I didn't even want because they go together and breadsticks, there veggies looked awful today too and I love getting the salad bar from there. So I am sitting here at work with out not even one slice of pizza. I mean I could have ordered the personal but I dont have time to wait. I could have ordered ahead. But it was 11 and I was hungry and just hoping to grab a few like 2 slices to just go. Also the pizza bar has like options of different types of pizza too. Maybe update your ordering so I can order by the slice off the pizza bar on my lunch break. Thanks

Rare pizza night so worth the anticipation. Idaho Supreme Pizza really hit the spot and a beautiful salad bar. Go, you wont be disappointed. Excellent splurge!

We visited this location at 5:30 on a Friday evening. We expected busy, but were surprised the dining room was empty. We were told the pizza would be about an hour, but were willing to wait with salad bar and drinks. Our twists arrive at our table an hour and a half later, then the pizzas took another 10 minutes. No apologies for the delay. There was one other family still waiting when we left and they ordered right after us. We know that a Friday night will be busy but a restaurant should prioritize their dine-in guests. We watched at least 5 other families leave when they heard it would take over an hour to get their pizza, that's a lot of lost business! It seems as though this location has outgrown the size of their kitchen and staff. We will not be back.
