Bidra med feedbackIssue with the website made us think our pizza was sitting at the restaurant getting cold, but we got in touch with a very friendly manager who was on it immediately, we were greeted by a another friendly delivery driver and the pizza was fresh out of the oven.
The food was decent, but I didn’t receive my change after I paid. I didn’t notice until I got home, and I was too tired to address it. I recommend avoiding cash payments!
I experienced incredibly poor customer service at this restaurant. The supervisor I spoke with was unprofessional, and the delivery driver, Philip, was unable to deliver a pizza to a straightforward address. It is essential to train staff, including supervisors, to be more professional and to avoid interrupting customers while they are speaking. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
Ordered through the app set the delivery time for 630pm . Checked the tracker and at 609pm said quality check was being done. At 710pm called the store as my order still hadn't arrived. Was told it be there in 10-15min driver arrived at 730pm pasta and cheezy bread were ice cold ! Obviously was ready at 609pm and sat there for an hour! Ordered out because I am having electrical worked on so no stove or microwave to heat it up! They should have remade the order and apologized for the error. The 2 times before I ordered the food was hot on time and tasted great. This time a big disappointment.
Ordered a large pizza that was old dried up crust and sauce never going there again
