Very bad service in delviery to much waiting in 1 order nit correct time mention for the

Left the pizza on the ground.Pizza coldWaited over 1 hour called after 40 mins extremely rude didn’t offer a refund because at that point the person that ordered the pizza was leaving soon.Had prepaid already. Told me they called me earlier that they had no driver. No calls on my phone.No thank you for waiting or apology. This place is hit or miss every time.

3rd class pizza I eat in nanaimo I need my money back all staff are not good

Great pizza and service. It's a shame they often don't have drivers that is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise they're great.

Always consistently pizza hut, nothing wrong with a greasy slice here and there but much prefer other locally owned options versus a chain.
