I had the glass noodles with henne and scampi, the sose was perfectly mixed and the sweet were previously grilled, what something I have never seen before, in other Asian cuisine restaurants, they stir fry the sweet, but at saigon matte sushi grill the sweet, this gives an extra super delicious taste for this beautiful nudel dish. incredibly delicious with roasted portions of henne and sampi, really a favorite.
