Chetuphon Thai - Napa

It should be quite easy to make decent vegan Thai, but in my opinion this place failed. While the deep fried Tofu remover was good (pretty standard, but good), the Entree I got (Krapow) was super salty and very bland. The tofu was thrown raw and had zero taste. Would not recommend for vegans, but my non-vegan friends were satisfied with their lunch.

You can find this surprising but vegan food (especially something with tofu) is hard to find in Napa. I recently moved from Dallas, TX, and I must say the vegan options in Dallas compared to Napa. Because of so few listings on Happy Cow, I did my mission to hunt vegan options in Napa. What I like about Chetuphon is that they can veganize almost any of their dishes. The waiting staff is very knowledgeable about which dishes contain fish or oyster sauce. I ordered the Cashew Nut dish with Tofu and the presentation was perfect. The part was big and the vegetables had exactly the right amount of crispy. The only negative is that the tofu seemed a little soft. I prefer a solid tofu that is either damped to fried some bites or pan, so it is crisp. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the meal very much and am happy that I have another option in Napa.

This is a solid American Thai food. my wife loves it spicy and when they ask for heat, they will deliver! she had the pad see ew with huh and loved it. I had both the ananashuh and cashew chicken and enjoyed them both. taste, sweet, juice, flavor, it's all there! the real victorious dish is the mangoreis. damned, that's delicious! could be my new favorite dessert. heads up the place has like one guy as a host and waiter, so I would not recommend it in. get it to go and enjoy home!

I had the pad thai. it was pretty good! the service was attentive and friendly. I went to the toilet room and went past the kitchen. the door was openly propped, and I noticed that there were three 6 1/3 pfannen curry on the floor (on the floor. not on a milk box, or rack. only on the floor) cooling. that was a bit disturbing, and I'm glad I didn't order a curry. the door outside was also openly propped, and there was no air door to keep insects.

This restaurant has high quality food and service. so fast and delicious. the healthy dish salmon has Chinese flavor and bursts with taste and so fresh sweet in salad. the grilled chicken fell was so good.
