Phat Salads Wraps - Napa

Delicious salad and it was big! Just a little hard to read their website for the location of this food truck. The dressing on the Santa Fe was bomb.

Look at this beautiful salad from Phat Salads and Wraps! Perfect work day lunch. This is a food truck and not a sit-down restaurant. You can order truck side, by phone and pick up or order through DoorDash. The owner is hands-on and takes pride in his food.

All I have to say is wow! This was such a good meal I ordered the New Yorker with black beans, I love this place!

I was excited to try them out as they have a food truck. They didn't offer as many options displayed on their truck. I asked to replace the meat for a substitute protein like avocado and they would not honor that option. Instead they wanted to charge for it. It is very frustrating that something so simple and that could go a long way was not an option. No options for vegetarians. If you are don't waste your time here.

Went to Cooperage Phat salads and wraps happened to be there in order to drink beer you have to purchase a meal my s/o and I ordered from them and we didnt enjoy what we had ordered only good thing was, the lettuce was fresh it's boring food that's all you cant please everyone not everyone is gonna like the food
