Subway - Napanee

The atmosphere and customer serivce is too much good.

They are really starting to cut back on the toppings. I noticed twice now with my steak sub that there was not much steak on it. I had to ask for more. This is just recent in the last few months.

The staff here are friendly! It's just been a while since I've enjoyed the food.

This place is to cheap you pay good money for your sub and when you get it delivered it’s disappointing. I ordered the same sub (steak and cheese) from subway since before my daughter the born (12 years) no matter where I order it the quality is the same but this place is wrecking it for me as it’s the only subway in town and subway used to be my favourite, I even double questioned myself if I should ordering from there but my daughter wanted subways as it’s a family favourite. But when my sub was delivered there was barely enough meat to save with my lil dog. It was like if for example spreading tuna out real thin but it was steak, felt like I was just eating bread, and normally I always ordered double meat but I didn’t this time cause last time I felt like I got ripped off so I thought this time better not order double meat cause you don’t get it but I was wrong you have to order double meat just to get it like a regular if not you end up with a disappointing sub. After tonight I will never buy another sub from there. It’s a shame for a company to be so cheap. They may have the subway name but they don’t have the subway quality. Worst Subway I have ever been to my whole life and I gave chances but now I know there cheap penny pinchers but don’t mind taking our hard earned money.

Very good place I go there and the one worker always knows what I want very nice guy.i have had a no problem at all and there subs are great especially the crispy chicken.
