I visited the drive-thru of this location on November 12, 2023, around 10:30 PM. I was very impressed by the service I received from the gentleman working there. He was not only friendly but also communicated clearly. He informed me that it would take a few minutes, which I appreciated. When I arrived at the window, he greeted me with a big smile. It's often the case that late-night service can be lacking, but this gentleman was truly exceptional!

I visited this restaurant with a group before an event, and the service was incredibly slow. While the cashier tried her best to manage the situation, the supervisor seemed uninterested in helping at all. It took nearly an hour and a half to complete 20 orders, which is quite unreasonable, especially during a typical dinner rush. As for the food, it was just average and was lukewarm by the time it reached me. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning during future trips, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Awful experience. They really need to add an escape lane in the drive-thru. I waited in line with 20 cars in front of me. Just don’t bother stopping here.

Fast friendly service .... food was good and service was great !!!

Wonderful staff, very helpful ?I asked for my order to be placed in a paper bag with handles, as I was using a cane at the time, and they were very accommodating to my request. I was surprised that the staff even held the door open for me to exit the premises. They didn't have automatic access for disabled access. I will be back...thank you for the help.
