Hollywood Palms Cinema - Naperville

This was a first experience and it was a really good one. For everyone that said the food is bad and pricey, you are not wrong, but it's a movie theater, can't expect food to be great. Great movie theater, love the seats. Everything was on point and had anenjoyable time. I will go back with a full stomach next time.

First time here and from the moment I step inside I was amazed by the decor. The lobby alone was worth going in to look at. Old time posters, jungle decorations, table seating, full bar. Inside the theater, it was totally decked out in Egyptian splendor. The seat were very comfortable and reclined. A little table was attached to each seat for your food and drink. On the front ofeach seat was a button to call for the wait staff to order your food. I ordered a Kevin Bacon, Lettuce and tomato sandwich. Itcame with a large portion of criss cross fries. The food was delicious! The wait staff waits until 40 minutes to the end of themovie to bring your bill, that's so if you want anything else during the show they can add it to your total. I was veryimpressed with the entire setup. Quite a step up from my normal movie experience when all I do is watch the show. I'll be back!

I attended the 12:30 pm matinee today. If you're in the military, there's a great deal where you can buy one ticket and get another free, available from Monday to Thursday. We ordered the Moe Sticks, Whoopi Goldburger, and the Fight Club sandwich. Both sandwich meals came with waffle fries, and the portions were generous. We were the only ones in the theater for the show we watched, so there was plenty of space, especially at that hour! The theater itself is well-maintained, well-attended, and nicely decorated. We really enjoy coming here for the overall experience. Both the burger and the sandwich were tasty and filling. However, the Moe Sticks were soft inside and had a texture reminiscent of wet cheese. I would suggest that management try them or update the description to better convey what to expect, as they aren't as firm as one would typically expect from mozzarella sticks.

I've been coming to this restaurant for over 15 years, and it never fails to impress me with its unique atmosphere and the concept of combining dinner with a movie. It's the perfect spot for families or a date night. My only complaint is that the screens in the theater need an upgrade to modern high definition, and it would be great to have a 4DX option, as some movies can be a bit dim at times. I’ve noticed that prices have increased since the start of COVID, but given the current inflation, that’s to be expected. I'm just glad this place is still thriving.

I absolutely loved this movie theater! I’ll definitely be coming here from now on. It was such a unique experience. The staff were very friendly, and the level of service was outstanding. The food was great too!
