The restaurant had a sign posted on the door that read "online orders only", but it seemed like everyone ignored it. I was surprised and almost left, but my guests insisted on staying. The food we ordered was served hot, but I believe the restaurant could benefit from having more friendly and welcoming staff at the front. A simple greeting would have been appreciated.

The food quality has also declined, with dishes like mac and cheese being less creamy and flavorful than before. The sauces for other dishes seem watery and lack the depth of flavor they once had. Despite these shortcomings, I still stop by during my bike rides for a quick meal to refuel, but I don't feel that the food is worth the price anymore.

After not getting a delivery order right the best they could do is refund the one portion of the order they got wrong. And when I called the person at the store hung up on me before completing my refund. If you are looking to get treated poorly this is theplace for you.

This was the ?side of Mac and cheese? that I received. Maybe about a spoonful of noodles in there. What a joke. Side of sauce had about a teaspoon of sauce as well.

I enjoy Noodles and Company. I have been to several locations and have always enjoyed my meals. However, I was a bit disappointed with the bland taste of the food at this particular location.
