Bella Mia Italian Cafe - Naples

I hate to be cruel but the only thing that rates even one star is no customers on a Sunday morning. The server turns on a TV screen to display the menu. We both ask for a Swiss cheese omelet. It appears we have a choice of bread, English muffin or bagel. My wife says bagel I say me too. We also have a cup of coffee. The coffee is served first. No issue there. Then the omelets and bagels arrive. I ask for jelly. Sorry no jelly do I want peanut butter. No. We were never offered a coffee refill. Then I get up to pay the check. $30+. I tell the fellow that can't be right. Oh oh. The bagels added $5. They weren't included. Who serves eggs without anything on the side? I didn't mind the $30. Heck that's the going price at First Watch. But the quality of First Watch puts this place to shame. And they put a carafe of coffee on the table. Live and learn.

I have been wanting to try this place because it's local. That was a big mistake. The pizza was dry, salty and not very tasty. The pepperoni tasted like salami. And the staff was a bit surly. Frankly, I'm surprised they are still in business. My two stars are a generous rating for overpriced, mediocre pizza.

For a place that's empty, how can you mix up an order when picking up? It's not like customers are busting down the doors to eat there. I was told to come pick up food in 30 minutes, arrived on time but had to wait another 30 minutes. Order chicken wings appetizer. They looked real big under my microscope. Tweezers are recommended. I could be wrong so I'll ask the owner; do use pre-made dough crust and just adds toppings? When I ordered I ask for well done but dough was raw. Had to finish the pie in my oven. Still not good. Meatballs on the pizza were either industrial or previously frozen. Very spongy and weird. Guess you figured out by now that I won't be back.

Ordered food over an hr ago. Waitress gave us a side salad after we told her it has been 45 minutes and nothing. Never received our appetizer still waiting on our main dish. Very disappointed. Never coming back here. Don't waste your time. Still no food. Finally had to ask for a refund. We have to pay in advance and was told they couldn't refund the tip we included in the order! Scam and the worst part. The people could care less that this happened.

Ordered food at 530 at 630 no food , place was empty when we got there, finally asked for a refund. Took 20 minutes to refund our money! Don't waste your time!
