Brio Italian Grille Naples Waterside

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Hostess, server (Lorenzo) and managers (Mimosa and Cesar) were all wonderful! They got a little pop as soon as soon as we sat and it was all handled with ease. We sat right by the kitchen and it was awesome watching the manager handle the expo line so well! Loved all our food but the shrimp and eggplant app, pasta brio, and chocolate bread pudding were the winners! Thanks for a great evening... Can't wait to try some more things!

Upon arrival at 9:55pm the bar tender claimed that they were closed, even though it says that they're open till 11pm and I had a reservation for 10:15! Luckily he called the manager and he was able to confirm that we can still be seated. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAR TENDER THAT CLAIMS THEY ARE CLOSED! After that the service was great and the food was as good always.

Always happy to come back in Brio Waterside. Food is delicios, my fav brio pasta. Love also bruskete, bologenese, lasagna, italian soup.. Our server was girl bartender, I forgot name something on L.. And Mimosa menager is upstanding funny person, we love her! We came maybe 30mins before our reservation, try to get table even if they didnt have we will grab drinks at the bar, but hostess was so nice and give us table how we requested, high top outside. Amazing dinner! Soon be back ;

Andy was excellent as server but he had too many tables to take care of...we were not in a rush so no harm no foul

Disappointing. The Caesar salad had no dressing, both entrees were average to poor. The pasta was not cooked and had no sauce. The chick marsala was a few pieces of braised chicken with a paltry scoop of marsala sauce poured over. The mashed potatoes were good. Its a beautiful ambiance but the food was well below average.
