Taco Bell - Naples

Great Inside, Great Drive Thru and Great Food. I always go there after Regal Naples movie theatre. Their 5 Layer Beefy Burrito is tops. Also love the Doritos Locos taco. Miss my Nacho Fries, can't wait for it to come back. The cashier was quick and well spoken. The drive thru was decently clear, with a cashier who got it right. Most Taco Bells are reliable but this is my favorite Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is a favorite for my daughter and me! Always! I personally like this place, I never had a terrible experience here and I have lived here for 29 years!

LUCKSON NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED. Elite customer service from him. Polite, kind, friendly and patient. Truly cares about his job. Should be promoted and given a RAISE. People like him need to be rewarded and uplifted in a company that is expanding

I placed an order at the drive-through and when I got home, I discovered that the burrito was the skimpiest burrito that I have ever had. The burrito hardly had any cheese and I don?t even know if it had any red sauce. I had paid for extra beef, but I don?t think that it had extra beef. I called the store to talk to a manager, but the phone just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. I called the store again the next day, but the phone just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. Also, I was going to provide the order number to the manager, but I discovered that there was no receipt in the bag. I will not waste my money there again.

Clean place and friendly staff. Everyone smiles! My pick of choice every time is the vegetarian burrito! Don?t forget the hot sauce!
