Bidra med feedbackArrived to this behind the hotel, quiet spot with a lovely open kitchen and rustic looking decor with an owner ? who could not accommodate our visit better. Our party spoke very little Italian and the owner spoke very little English, however, we still managed to order exactly what we wanted with changes! To start we ordered the rice balls never eaten before . We all tried them and enjoyed them. This was followed by three different dishes as mains and we finished all three. One of the party did not eat veal, so it was adapted to chicken milanese ? , which was very tasty also. After a busy day, we did not eat a dessert, but would have if we could. Would definitely revisit. In fact, I wish this was my local restaurant. Terrific! :
We had lunch at Canta Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria, at tiny restaurant in the older section of Naples. The location was convenient, the food unremarkable, and sadly no opportunity to taste the famous Neapolitan Pizza. What made the restaurant fun was when a woman discovered her husband and his lover having lunch there. Dishes went crashing to the floor amidst lots of Italian screams and protests until the wife was summarily thrown out of the restaurant. We had a dose of local soap opera Naples style.
We really loved this restaurant and the location which seemed less touristy than the port area, only a few steps away! Really a great place!
Simple healt and excellent! The best pizza of my live definitely and the rest of the dishes very well done!! I recommend this place absolutely!! Enjoy your visit!!
We had the DOP after a very enthusiastic recommendation from the staff, was a bit dubious as it's simply buffalo mozzarella and fresh tomatoes, was not dissapointed when it arrived, the mozzarella was the best I have ever tasted! The ricotta stuffed courgette flowers were incredible too. Will be going back for dinner tonight!
