Bidra med feedbackWe sit fast, but no one came to our table to take our order. we waited after 10 minutes. we were ready to order quickly and make it clear. the restaurant was not busy when we arrived with less than 4 tables of people. there were more than 3 waitresses who don't serve anyone while we waited. when we left our waitress, we just stood in the middle of the floor to do nothing. we had a similar experience there, but since the menu is good, we tried it again. the same thing happened when I had visited the nut move in the cbd.
Food ok, so we never make bad reviews, but we visited the groovy train in northlakes before a few weeks expected to have a delicious meal with wonderful service, but we had the whole opposite experience. we were thrilled as they have a complete vegan menu! so that was very attractive for us. We ordered the pumpkin risotto and after 20 minutes wait for it to come to our table, we tasted it and had immediately an overwhelming taste of pfeffer. I think it could be just because it just boiled and stop hot yet, we tried it again. but we were extremely dissatisfied, as it was literally as well maintained, HARD rice with a light tomato sauce. that was...read more
Had eaten on Wednesday for the first time in groove train north lakes (only to visit in brisbane.) in a word, disappointing. I could not blame the pleasant waitress that was beautiful, and we could have forgiven the 40-minute wait for eating (in very quiet time) if it had been a good thing, but. as my wife said to me after we left, that was probably the worst pizza we ever had for $24, I expect at least a reasonable amount of topping, but the boom was usually missing in action - on a piece, I counted exactly one small piece, and there were only 8-10 similar pieces over the entire pizza.
Had dinner with the children last night and we were all very disappointed. the spaghetti blognese was a bowl that tasted as if they came from a dose. the calamari was simply ok (dender but not a real taste) but the chips where half raw and soft boiled. now the wood fired pizza also tasted like loading frozen pizza. the only positive was the friendly waitress. I just put $55 on the drain. will not be back.
Saturday night and the place was packed. We got a table fairly quickly and our waitress and waiter were friendly. Whilst looking at the dessert cabinet the maître de was extremely friendly and helpful. The Moroccan lamb was okay but a little strong in flavour. The Crispy southern style chicken burger was amazing. The chicken was crunchy and beautifully flavoured with a lovely sauce. The chips were ordered with a side of aoli but the chips were cold The chicken risotto was average. We all had thick shakes which were good but the lime and strawberry may have had a bit too much syrup. There was a singer in the court yard outside the restaurant which was nice.
