Buffalo Grill - Narbonne

A burger, pommes and a koks ordered. the food lasted about 20 minutes to arrive and I was then given a glass of ice. 10 minutes later the waitress came by and I wonder where the actual drink was? I said the place was busy and. She's gone. when we got the bill, was the cola there? asked again where my coke was? then she disappeared and brought it when the meal was ready? I have made a quick scan of the place when we were about 12/15 tables busy (but it is a big restaurant) and there were at least 3 server on the floor. the food itself was in order, but I wouldn't be hungry there or if they were in a hurry.

Eating was in order, this is chain/french/cap food, so the expectations were not too high, but the service is much too slow. delays created real annoying at the table. on the bright side, the menu is authentic and not an elaborate interpretation of American classics.

After a bad experience 10-15 years ago we tried again, but eating is bad unless they order a burger. the service was bad, we were where on a busy Saturday night and they couldn't handle it.

I know its a national chain so you expect some element of factory food, but this was awful. My wife ordered the Grilled chicken with Ecraise Pomme de Terre and that was how it arrived a small dish of mash and a lump of chicken,...no sauce and the garniture was hot wilted lettuce. My ribs were better but nothing to write home about! Service was ok I would suggest you eat elsewhere, it'll be the last time we eat in the buffalo grill

The buffallo has the old as we have known (old deco )superbe reception service irreprochable well eaten.Good value price. and air conditioned what is important by this heat my note 8/10
