Caffe Parisi - Nardo

This wonderful bar was recommended to us by our kind host Alberto. Note of merit for the education and kindness of the waiters, in Salento we have only met wonderful people, always available and patient. The local pastry dessert called pasticiotto is exquisite and I don't think I've ever had such good coffee! The bar is located in one of the main squares of Nardò, where calm and relaxation reign. Alberto's advice proved to be useful and precious, we will never stop thanking him!

Stopped for a look in Nardo on way back from Gallipoli to Lecce. In searing heat at 2pm we needed lunch and a drink. Caffe Parisi beckoned in a charming square with a charming view of the Immaculate’s Spire, we had cold drinks and a delicious ‘Parma’ sandwich. Bossa nova music gently playing in the background, we’d found a welcome respite.

Got a very good table of Cheese and Meats and an excellent ice cream with a great view to most beautiful baroque square! Recommended.

A place in the heart of Salandra square, relaxing place and smiling and kind staff. excellent brioches, soft and delicious.

We stopped for dinner, very good fried polipo and capocollo with delicious burratina. very courteous staff. recommended.
