Good food reasonable prices cold beer great atmosphere friendly staff.

What an amazing little place to stay. Takes you back to the olden days. Beds where amazing, place was lovely and clean and the owners and staff bent over backwards to help us out in a time of need. Thank you so much for that. The food was Amazing. We enjoyed our stay that much we spent an extra night :D

Great room hence the 5 stars, however the food was hardly edible. I'm really sorry to say this but everyone in our party of 6 was unimpressed. 3 people got schnitzel or Parma and the schnitzel was almost black. I got the chook and hook and I could barely cut through the chicken breast. It was like it had been cooked frozen. Then put in the fridge then reheated in the microwave. Just terrible. The prawn and scallops in the creamy sauce were nice though. Would definitely recommend staying at the hotel, but perhaps eat somewhrre else.

Conor Mullin. It's Gayle and I am sending my sincere apologies. You ordered Hot Rocks which are a house favourite and come out seared. They continue to cook as you slice, sear and eat. My staff have failed to explain this properly to you which is unfortunate. Beers on me should you return in the future.

I can't speak for the accommodation, but I've eaten here a handful of times and the food is quite good. The town's namesake burger is delicious and the hot rocks are really succulent and tasty to your liking. The fish I had recently was very salty. They also have outdoor seating which is lovely if you don't mind the cigarettes and the galahs and lorikeets in cages.
