Bidra med feedbackThe beef and broccoli was delicious! The spring rolls were fantastic, and the egg rolls and noodles were equally great! I really appreciate their excellent food and service. I absolutely love the lunch buffet!
The sesame chicken and chicken skewers were enjoyable. However, the hot and spicy chicken and mushroom dish lacked any heat and was excessively sweet. The fried rice was just okay.
The restaurant offers typical Americanized Chinese food. Dishes that claim to be spicy only deliver heat if you load them up with Chinese mustard, which they didn’t provide. The lo mein was served with just a small piece of pork, and the tofu with vegetables actually had no tofu at all—just vegetables. However, the broccoli was nicely crisp, even if it was somewhat overwhelmed by cornstarch. Although I probably won’t order from here again, it worked for a tired evening when we didn’t feel like going out. It's worth noting that this is the first Chinese takeout I’ve received without chopsticks, though I’m not sure if that's a new trend. The General Tso's chicken was heavily breaded and lacked spiciness, but the sauce had good flavor. The white rice was fine, and the food was served hot in sturdy containers. I just wish they had remembered the tofu and the spicy condiments.
This is hands down the best tofu in Nashville. It's lightlybreaded and cooked to perfection! Broccoli is fantastic and tastes fresh as well.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at China Springs. It's definitely a hidden gem, but you can't beat a $6 buffet. They kept the food hot and fresh throughout the meal. Was the food extraordinary? Not really, but it was definitely worth the price. For me, the sweet and sour chicken was the highlight. I would go back in a heartbeat.
