We selected Darfons to celebrate a friends birthday. The reservation process was very easy and as we added more people, they were able to update it. We were there for a Saturday brunch several people ordered off the brunch menu and other from the all day menu. I thought I would try something I'd never had before Eggs Oscar (English muffin, poached egg, crab meat, asparagus, béarnaise sauce) and I'm glad I did. It was a new and tasty treat kind of out of the ordinary for me. I felt like I was eating something made on Top Chef. HA! We had a family gathering dinner at Darfons, May 19th. We had a meet and greet prior to the planned dinner with management, very friendly. Darfons was patient with us on all the decision making for the reserved dinner. Our family ,35 guests, loved the food, the dining room/atmosphere and the service. The dining room was set up and ready upon our arrival. The food courses came out perfect, no issues. A lot of our guests loved the steak, rave reviews. Everything turned out great. If you get there between 5:00 and 6:00 you can usually get a nice seat at the bar... Otherwise you better have a reservation cuz you'll be waiting this is one great place to enjoy a meal and a dining experience. Started with a fig Manhattan oh my so yummy and different. For the main course the recommendation of the server enjoyed the roulade of pork, beef and cheese absolutely out of this world yummy! The wines by the glass are phenomenal here I enjoyed the petite syrah.... Such a cool place everybody is just enjoying the evening. I love it when one of your favorite places is so consistent and you return and enjoy the same great experience!

Our server was well trained, but we have really disappointed about the food flavor. mushroom soup was very salty, prime rib need more spicy good that it is tender and good quality of the meat. husband ordered lambs and he likes it. these yukon kartoffels were too good. garnel and fried grotten were quite different, we did not finish it.
