The restaurant was understaffed, and we had to wait a long time to be greeted when we arrived. Because of this delay, we decided not to stay and didn’t get the chance to try the food. It seemed that the hostess was also serving at the bar.

We left the restaurant because there weren't enough waitstaff and it took too long for someone to greet us. Unfortunately, we never had a chance to try the food. The hostess was also serving and tending bar, which likely contributed to the delay.

Macke's is a great option for a business lunch in Green Hills. I've never had any trouble finding a table, and the atmosphere allows for easy conversation.

The food was quite good, but it relied too much on cream and cheese-based sauces. I understand that the restaurant is located in a mall, but that doesn't justify the loud pop and elevator music in the dining area. On a positive note, the waitstaff were excellent.

We were actually disappointed this year. We had a lovely time and a very good meal last year, but the service this year was not so great and basically, they just tried to serve too many people/parties on this special day.
