Frothy Monkey - Nashville

Charming, chill and overall amazing coffee shop! The coffee is incredible 12 South mix for drip, or the mocha monkeys are drinking espresso are my favorite! The food is made to order, and also fantastic the potatoes are divine! I'm not local and already miss the atmosphere, the coffee and the location! Can't wait to get back to 12 South for Frothy Monkey among others!!

The Frothy Monkey is such a wonderful place we visited several times during our holiday to Nashville! The atmosphere is very funny and welcoming. They have internal and external seats. You have a good menu choice for breakfast, especially for a coffee shop. The latte is incredible! Everything is fabulous at Frothy Monkey!

My friend and I decided to go to Nashville last week and Frothy Monkey was on a list of recommended places provided by our AirBNB host. It was pretty busy when we got there and we waited for a while. I ordered an omelette with a bunch of vegetables. When we got our food, my omelet was full of bacon. I hate to return food. Especially when a place is busy. But I don't eat meat. The server took the plate back without any problem, found my ticket, verified my order and had restored it. It came out perfectly. Then a manager approached our table and asked what he could do for us. I had my food. It was right. I was good. He offered me to compose my meal, but I just wanted hot sauce. Ha. After like 10 years in the service industry, I understand 100% that mistakes happen. He came back and had forced my meal anyway. Super friendly service. 2. Really good food. 3. Server and management that legit cares about quality and experience. 4. You have more than one hot sauce to choose from

BANANA FLAVORED COFFEE!!! Nashville is known for its amazing food and good music, but I also want to say that coffee shops like this cannot be found anywhere else. The Frothy Monkey has banana flavor coffee and other fun varieties to try to make this place so unique. The food is also delicious, fresh and colorful! Workers are friendly and the atmosphere is also great. Hopefully be back soon!

Great spot! Honestly it’s a time investment on a Saturday morning (we arrived at 9:50am and waiting 45 minutes for a table, then once we sat down we waited another 30 minutes for coffee, 45 for food) — but I don’t want to rate them down for being busy. They move as fast as they can, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and the fun blends of coffee were delicious. Just make sure you’re not in a rush when you eat here you’ll enjoy it!
