Park 25 Bistro - Nashville

We came here back in October while staying at the Marriott and it was an okay breakfast overall.

This isn't a restaurant that happens to be in a hotel. It's a hotel that serves food. Everything is from a can and never homemade. You've been warned!

I can't tell if this place is independent of or run by Marriott, but it is a disaster The seating is nice for an in-hotel restaurant.

The food and service were both excellent. Ther prices were very reasonable. The chimichurri chicken was excellent, the Chicken Cobb Salad was excellent as was the Steelhead Salmon over a bed of cold quinoa. The salt and pepper shrimp was very flavorful.

Excellent service! The food was good but salmon was a bit drenched in sauce and not really warm. Short ribs were excellent.
