Bidra med feedbackWe went for happy hour while visiting Nashville because this place seemed like it had a good one. I couldn?t have been more wrong. We were the only table when we arrived at 5 and two people were at the bar. It took over 5 minutes for our server to come even talk to us and when he finally arrived he had ZERO idea what was even on the happy hour menu. I told him I?d look on my phone but he brought over a ultra old, very water stained menu over. Then he left again. We were finally able to order drinks and food and he still had no idea, even after pointing to things directly on the menu. You can tell the sushi roll was covered in ketchup like substance (barf), the Gyoza was super bland and we didn?t finish it all. The Wok Edamame was SUPER good and that?s why this review is getting 2 stars. I asked for sushi mackerel (with rice under) and I got sashimi instead. The server never came back to check on us or offer any more food. We finally had to flag him down to get our check. Would not recommend eating there. Maybe take out the wok edamame but that?s it.
Fantastic food and service. We have a child with severe food allergies and they were completely accommodating. She was able to order off the menu and enjoyed every bite. The rest of the family?s food was fresh and well prepared. Definitely on our list to stop when we visit Nashville again.
I had the Katsu Don. It was good but I would order something else next time. Of everything we ordered the crispy pork pasta was the best... And we loved the gyoza too!
Had an Uber eat take out order of Thai fried rice and miso soup. Both items were extremely salty to the point that it was almost inedible. I ate half of the fried rice hoping that only parts of it was salty but no, it ended up numbing my entire tongue. Had to stop eating right then. I often dine in Eastern Peak but never have I had such a terrible experience with the food. I?m very disappointed.
I don’t know where to begin, I LOVED this place! Jake was our server and he was so attentive and friendly! He knew the menu inside out and every recommendation he made was delicious! We tried the steamed dumplings and Pork Belly Yakitori and oh my were they good! The Seared Duck with red curry was such a great pick too. It was a very flavorful dish and I’m so glad we took a risk and tried it. Unfortunately I can’t remember one of the rolls we had, but The Gulch roll was super cool and tasty. I mean from start to finish it was the best experience; the food, the service, and the atmosphere were perfect. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu now. Update: 1/18/2022 The place has yet to disappoint! Came back years later and it’s still delicious! The steamed dumplings, drunken noodles, Japanese Curry, and Pad Thai were all so tasty and full of flavor.
