Wendy's - Nashville

Mmmmmm....burger right! fries really good. revitalizes too time, so a little geduld. iconic fast food is always good!

They are super fast and the good is consistently good. they keep their quality up every time. also the staff are always friendly and super helpful. my favorites wendy’s in the city

Very busy in nashville, but the breakfast was very good to hit the traffic. I love the Baconator sandwich with sweet tee. there is no better way to start the day.

I consummately visit these wendys because I play bierliga hockey, and I am often looking for a place to take a bite around midnight (that is the only place I still know open around me) only on the bottom is that because it is the only place open that the drive-thru is still buried, and the personal is incredibly slow moving. they expect at least a 20 to 30 minutes waiting late evening. the location is perfect (at least for me,) located at the west end directly opposite the centennial park next to the vanderbilt football stadium. it is just a mile or so down west end of the 440 exit. quality. the quality is what they would expect from each wendy. not better, not worse. service. the service is terrible. added as the only game in the city to this hour, I understand that there is a long line. Even for me, who always comes here solo, the waiting time in the actual window is often 3-5 minutes (or more) that is outdated. multiply this with a line of 10 cars, and it begins to make sense. in addition, the personal does not have to acknowledge or even do the line. they have only one speed: very slow. value. the worth is good, but not better than any other wendy’s I was. I get a meal with a burger, pommes and drink for about $10. I think that should be the case. the 3 stars are for the fact that they are open every night until 1 o'clock if nowhere else is (not even mcdonald's.) that goes far. Nevertheless, the long lines and the bad service make it difficult to give everything over 3 stars. cookout is another option that I seriously consider, although it is a few miles further away from my house. when wendy fixes the waiting time for late night, my review of this place jumps immediately. cordially, clayton cohn

I went in with my family and ordered food. The cashier was beyond the rudest person I have encountered. I 've been going to this wendy 's for years and that cashier ruined my day and made me uncomfortable. I was nothing but nice and civil, just trying to get some food for my family and me. They messed up one order so I kindly asked that they forgot the cheese and thanked them after they fixed it. I checked my bag again and noticed they forgot some things so I went to go tell them and received my items. I then remembered after my mother reminded me that we never got our drinks so I asked my brother who had ordered separately if he could tell them for us and the cashier with the biggest attitude told him Would she like something more or is that it with the most annoyed face. I was taken aback as I never once raised my voice nor caused a scene about my missing items. Am I not supposed to get what I paid for?? The cashier also gave attitude to my brother as well. She looked like she didn 't even want to be there. She was also talking to her coworkers about me as she kept looking at me, which made me uncomfortable. If you want rude customer service, then this is your place! I understand that fast food can be tiring and stressful, because I 've also worked fast food, but why display an attitude when I am just trying to get my order that I paid for? I was literally missing half of my order and asked nicely. Horrible experience.
