Papa Johns Pizza

Usually my order is for pickup and I'm Alway's pleased with my food ,the presentation, temperature,sometimes the wait may be lengthy but my food is delicious and mouth? watering.

This Papa Johns is located in the Kroger complex on the corner of Old Hickory and Gallatin in Madison. Since moving to the area last year, this Papa Johns has become one of our go-to's for pizza. We have done carry-out and delivery through Uber Eats, as the store does not yet recognize our address. We have a standard order of Pepperoni/Mushroom pizza and Cheese Bread. No major issues with the order, whether delivery or carry-out. Only thing that we have noticed is when we get thin crust, the crust is either not cooked enough, or over cooked. Still edible in each situation, but definitely noticeable. Only other thing to note is they are not good at accurately quoting times. I think this is a general fail for most places, so I would add 15 minutes to your quoted pick-up and/or delivery time here. During each pick-up, the staff have been friendly. No issues there. Overall, standard Papa Johns location that will stay on rotation for us.

What an awful experience with this location. Went online to order ahead and see what specials they might have for the location. Online ordering was not available . Unfortunately, I couldn 't seem to access the menu without selecting from Delivery vs Carryout. I pulled into the parking lot and decided to walk in to place my order sign on the door was no walk in orders . WTF. I go back to the car to call in my order. I get a staff member to take the pizza order. The specialty pizza I wanted apparently comes with ranch on it? Gross. I asked them to change it to Alfredo instead. She immediately attempted to upsell me on a dessert. Sure, why not. I also ordered a 2 liter. Wait time was quick. About ten minutes? Pretty good. I go in and was greeted immediately. They get my pizza. No dessert. No 2 liter. As I 'm grabbing my own out of the cooler I 'm informed that they are out of that dessert item. Another staff member at the register assured me I wasn 't charged for it. Ok, whatever. I 'm offered a receipt and I accept so I can double check when I get home. It 's not itemized just shows the total charge to my card. Finally sit down to eat with a movie the dang pizza has ranch on it. Gross. No wonder this place has such low scoring reviews.

Order on line. Get the text saying it's ready. Show to pick it up. They say no record. This has happened twice. Won't be
