The server at the poolside restaurant was quite interesting. He wore two different ties during my stay, which I found amusing. I relied on them to handle my lunch order, but I did notice that the dining options at Baha Mar Resort were somewhat limited.

I visited 25N for a July 4th lunch with my family of five, and one of our daughters has Celiac disease. The server did a great job taking the time to understand our needs and communicated them clearly to the kitchen. She assured us that the chef would prepare the food separately and safely. We ordered a bowl with sushi rice, grilled chicken, and black beans, and my daughter loved it—it was completely safe for her Celiac condition.

The restaurant offers very limited gluten-free options. They share a fryer and don’t have gluten-free bread available. The only options I found were a salad or a hamburger without the bun. On the bright side, my burger was quite delicious. However, Baha Mar resort is not very celiac-friendly.
