Bidra med feedbackWe love this place! it is not just a restaurant, it is an experience! the personal is amazing! we met the beautiful dame (the dame with the short hairs) that leads the place. she shared what she went through during covid. she told us how people survive. how they are paid. she told us about the freshness of eating. the conch are trapped behind the restaurant! we have watched! it was great! when we ordered, we were treated for a demonstration of the preparation of the Conch salad (from that cone caught tomorrow). we ate here on a cruise in 2016 and we returned in 2021 to stay in paradise island for 6 nights. we had to come back and it was even better.
Yo the staff was the best, the bartender was the biggest, the waiter, was the best, good mood, good spirit, it was like 6 of us. We danced around, even the owner and his wife came to us, can not wait to come back and support the local business not atlantis, I had snapper and I ate the augäpfel. lolol.
The food was great although it took a very long time for it to come out. They were not prepared for the size of crowd at the time. The waiters were very friendly and the bar had a bottle of moscato which was a plus. I will be back to this restaurant.
The waitress was very friendly and helpful when it came to my nut allergy. She told me what I can and can't have. The food was a little more expensive than we were hoping, but she brought out a complimentary appetizer before we could excuse ourselves. We stayed and had a lovely dinner next to the canal. Other than the price it was exceptional.
Warm food is good, but it's nothing special. The Conch salad is the star of the show here!!! We had the tropical version and it was the best we had during our trip. Fresh, fruity, delicious and full of conch. Not to mention that you have a bunch of pint cup for $17.
