Hard Rock Cafe - Nassau

Stopped in for a drink and a snack. Service at the bar was excellent, as was the rum cake. Place itself could use a face lift.

Usual Hard Rock menu, nothing special but good food. Service could be a bit more attentive, especially as they’re automatically getting a 15% gratuity, but then again there is no real incentive to work for it. The bar man was the most efficient and friendliest person in the place. It’s a stopping point you can rely on but there are a lot more places nearby offering better food service, especially when it’s $10 for a beer

Came here because when traveling my wife and I like to visit the Hard Rocks when available in the area. This one was by far the worst one we have tried. Ordered a margarita with grand marnier and the drink tasted like straight sweet and sour mix. I ordered the duo combo with ribs and pulled pork but after about 5 mins I’m told they don’t have any ribs, so I swapped it to the chicken and pull pork. It was drenched in bbq sauce and didn’t have any flavor other than BBQ sauce. My wife ordered a burger and Mac cheese but she never received the Mac cheese. The burger didn’t taste like angus beef but tasted more like processed meat. Service was slow and wouldn’t come back.

The food is excellent, but the portion sizes could be better. The service is great, and the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the cruise port.

Good food, sizable portions and some great souvenirs. I see other people are saying this place is pricey, in comparison to other local venues it seems pretty reasonable for food and beverages. Woul definitely recommend.
