Very disappointed. The cake was for my daughter’s 24th birthday. I cut a couple of pieces for work the next day and there was the piece of hair. I called to see how they would handle it and the guy told me since we had the cake for 2 days there was nothing they could do. I told him I would make sure everyone that I know would know this. He insinuated that he was our hair. I made sure that he knew it wasn’t our kind of hair. Never again from Janel’s Buttercup Bakery in Natchez, Ms

I ordered a cake for a birthday that was supposed to be ready at 4 PM, but when I arrived at 5:30 PM, it was still not ready. I had sent my nephew to pick it up at 3:45 PM. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I requested to speak to a manager, he told me they were busy and suggested I take my business elsewhere. We certainly will and will make sure to inform everyone we know about the terrible service and the disrespectful treatment of customers. I am truly shocked, especially after hearing such great things about your establishment. If you need a bakery in Natchez, I recommend trying one of the other options in the area that value their customers.

I ordered a wrist corsage and boutonnière for prom, and both turned out beautifully, exactly as we had requested. I highly recommend them!
