Old South Winery - Natchez

The best wee I ever had, there would be more than 5 stars if I could.

Our family owned winery in Natchez, Mississippi! Old South Winery has some special items that you will fall in love with! Blue Bayou, Miss Scarlett, and many other blends of muscadine grape wines!

My husband I found this winery on our trip down from Wisconsin. We loved the wine so much that we will be making another trip down to get some more! Very cute place the company was wonderful! Thanks for being one of the best highlights on our 3500 mile trip!!

The muscadine tastings at this restaurant are excellent. The dry noble variety is particularly delicious. If you typically think of muscadine wine as sweet and yellow, this place will change your mind. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about muscadine. My wife and I have visited over 100 winery tasting rooms across the country, and many of them are impressive in their commitment to making good wine. While this tasting room could improve in terms of attracting a wider audience, it is truly a local gem worth visiting.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, Diane and Scott were wonderful hosts. Each person in our group tasted five different wines and ended up purchasing twelve that we really enjoyed. Life is good.
