Bidra med feedbackWhen I walked in, there were two employees: a guy in a mask who I believe had just finished mopping, and a girl without a mask at the counter. As my daughter and I approached, it seemed like the girl was unhappy to see us there, which was quite different from the friendly service I had received previously. Her tone and expression were off-putting. I believe that people in customer service roles should take the day off if they’re having a bad one; they shouldn't bring that negativity to paying customers. I've seen many businesses in this area struggle due to poor customer service. Companies often come here, only to hire mediocre employees who end up driving customers away. Fortunately, I work relatively close to another Sharetea location, so I don’t have to return to this one, but it would be a shame if it had to close due to bad service. Especially since there are other places nearby selling boba. I would be willing to give it another chance, but if I encounter that girl again, I would prefer to leave and go elsewhere rather than deal with her attitude.
I typically visit Sharetea in Mira Mesa, but I recently discovered there’s a location in National City. Today, I wanted to order my usual—a Matcha ice cream mixed drink—but I asked if I could add some strawberry puree. Unfortunately, I was told that they can’t accommodate that because their chef doesn’t allow any modifications beyond changing the toppings. I find this very frustrating, as most boba places let customers customize their drinks however they like. Given this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.
Unfortunately false advertising of prices! The menu on the screen in front of all the customers says lower prices than what they're actually charging!
So many different drinks to choose from, ordered mango passion tea. So delicious, will definitely be trying again.
20 minute wait for a regular Thai Tea. Huge fail. They can't even make it a slush or snow. This is basic boba.
